Order Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum Order
  A minimum of 10 cups is required per order. Each cup is priced at $5.75 plus tax.
   

• Preparation Time
  All orders require at least 72 hours' notice before the pickup or delivery date. Our desserts are made fresh from scratch, so we need adequate time to prepare your order to the highest quality standards.
   

• Delivery Fee
  The delivery fee will be calculated based on your location and provided to you in the order confirmation email.
   

• Order Confirmation
  Once you submit your order, you will receive an email with payment details and the delivery fee. After your payment is processed, you will receive an official order confirmation.
   

• No Cancellations
  Please note that cancellations are not allowed once payment has been received. Ensure that all details are correct before submitting your order.
  
  Limitation of Liability:

• By placing an order with us, you agree that Conelicious LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or delivery of our products, including but not limited to any delays, damages, or losses incurred during delivery. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for any circumstances beyond our control (such as weather, delivery carrier issues, or unforeseen events).
   

• In the event of an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will make every reasonable attempt to resolve the matter.
